For those who don’t require a clinical level of care, or for those transitioning from a traditional clinical stay, Ironwood provides a structured space where clients can maintain their schedules, keep their devices, stay connected to their businesses, and focus on building a sustainable alcohol-free future.
Every prospective client is screened by an experienced medical professional, and anyone requiring clinical care is referred to the appropriate level of support. Ironwood’s role is to provide the framework, guidance, and environment. The execution is entirely in the client’s hands.

Ironwood Ranch Reserve opened on 33 private acres in Italy, TX a working ranch with livestock, open land, and zero institutional aesthetic. It is a private countryside environment on 33 acres, designed to help leaders reset, refocus, and plan their next chapter.
Every component of the Ironwood system the biohacking infrastructure, the peer-led mentorship model, the no-disconnect policy, the executive strategy sessions was designed from the inside out, by people who needed exactly this and couldn’t find it anywhere else.
Ironwood Ranch Reserve is a private, non-clinical performance residency and coaching environment. We are not a medical or treatment facility. We do not provide medical diagnosis, detoxification, or addiction treatment, and our program is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care. Guests who need clinical support are encouraged to maintain it alongside their stay.
