The Process
Initial Contact
Reach out directly through the confidential referral inquiry process. All communications are treated with strict confidentiality from the first point of contact, with additional discretion available upon request.
Referral Consultation
A direct peer-to-peer discussion is conducted to understand the client’s profile, priorities, and suitability. This step is focused on clarity and alignment, not clinical intake.
Client Introduction
If appropriate, Ironwood connects directly with the client for a private consultation focused on professional context, goals, and overall fit for the residency experience.
Residency Coordination
Once engaged, scheduling and onboarding are managed discreetly and efficiently, with communication structured according to the referrer’s preferred level of involvement.
Availability
Ironwood Ranch Reserve maintains a limited number of residency engagements to support privacy, attention, and a structured experience for every participant.
Early referral inquiry is encouraged. Current availability can be confirmed directly through the referral contact process.
Ironwood Ranch Reserve is a private, non-clinical performance residency and coaching environment. We are not a medical or treatment facility. We do not provide medical diagnosis, detoxification, or addiction treatment, and our program is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care. Guests who need clinical support are encouraged to maintain it alongside their stay.
