Ironwood was created to address this gap by emphasizing structured engagement, continuity, and forward-focused planning within a private, non-clinical residency framework.

Brianna, a senior data engineering leader in healthcare, and Brian, a corporate attorney with extensive experience in high-stakes environments, combined their expertise to create a structured, forward-focused approach for high-responsibility professionals.
Their goal was to design a model that emphasizes continuity, structure, and practical engagement rather than extended disconnection or purely retrospective processes.
The result is Ironwood Ranch Reserve, a structured, non-clinical residency experience that integrates wellness practices, data awareness, and strategic planning within a private and supportive environment.
A 33-Acre Performance Environment. Not a Traditional Facility.
Ironwood Ranch Reserve is located on 33 private acres in Italy, Texas, set within a working ranch environment designed to feel natural, open, and non-institutional.
It is not positioned as a clinic or retreat center, but as a structured residency environment focused on supporting high-responsibility professionals through a combination of wellness practices, structured reflection, and forward-focused planning.
The model integrates multiple components, including wellness tracking, peer-informed engagement, continuity of responsibilities, and executive-level strategy sessions, all within a private and supportive setting.
The intent is to provide a structured space where participants can focus on clarity, routine, and long-term personal and professional alignment.
Ironwood Ranch Reserve is a private, non-clinical performance residency and coaching environment. We are not a medical or treatment facility. We do not provide medical diagnosis, detoxification, or addiction treatment, and our program is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care. Guests who need clinical support are encouraged to maintain it alongside their stay.
